Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Jyranex Studio when you create an account, place an order, access your service workspace, or use a service provided through this website.

Jyranex Studio provides managed headless AI player access, account management, updates, support and billing tools for private worlds, owned servers, creator workflows and permitted testing.

If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account, billing and contact information and keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for all actions taken through your account, service workspace, support tokens, or Minecraft accounts connected to the service.

You must not share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your service access unless we give written permission.

Subscriptions, billing and taxes

Plans are sold as recurring or fixed-period digital software access depending on the checkout option shown at purchase.

Payments may be processed by a merchant of record or payment provider such as Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, iyzico, PayPal, card networks, or another provider shown at checkout.

The checkout provider may collect taxes, VAT, payment fees, fraud signals, billing details, and transaction records according to its own terms and privacy policy.

Prices, included AI player capacity, support level, region availability, update rights and activity history may vary by pack and will be shown before purchase.

Permitted use only

You may use the software only in private worlds, owned Minecraft servers, creator workflows, approved testing environments, or servers where you clearly have permission.

You must follow the rules of the Minecraft server, Mojang/Microsoft account terms, and any third-party platform rules that apply to your use.

The service is not intended for unauthorized access, spam, exploitative gameplay or rule breaking.

Service management

We may deploy updates, security patches, migrations, backups, service restarts, abuse controls, and infrastructure changes to keep the service stable.

Customer-approved updates may temporarily pause workspace or AI player access while files are installed and services restart.

Connection health and region controls are provided for maintenance, routing, service recovery and operational needs. They must not be used to bypass server rules, platform restrictions or abuse controls.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect payment failure, chargeback risk, credential abuse, prohibited use, security risk, legal risk, or misuse of infrastructure.

If access is suspended for abuse, we may preserve logs and account records needed for security, billing, legal compliance, and support review.

You may cancel future renewal from your account area or by contacting support when self-service cancellation is unavailable.

Third-party services

Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, AWS, Cloudflare, Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, PayPal, iyzico, and other third-party services are not controlled by us.

Jyranex Studio is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Mojang, Microsoft, or Minecraft.

Third-party downtime, policy changes, account limitations, payment review, region restrictions, or network issues may affect availability.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as hosted software access. We do not promise that every Minecraft server will allow automated players or that every customer configuration will work with every server rule set.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost Minecraft accounts, server punishments, lost data caused by customer misuse, third-party outages, or prohibited activity.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, payment, or security changes. Material changes will be shown in your account area or on this website.

Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
