Refunds
Refund Policy
This policy explains when refunds may be considered for digital hosted software access.
Digital service nature
The service provides digital hosted software access, service preparation, update controls, account tools and support.
Because service access can be prepared shortly after payment, refund eligibility depends on service status, usage, abuse risk, and payment provider rules.
Refunds we may approve
Duplicate payments, obvious billing mistakes, accidental duplicate orders, or payments for a service that could not be prepared due to our platform failure may be eligible for review.
If setup has not started and no resources have been allocated, cancellation/refund review is generally easier.
Refunds may be issued through the original payment provider when supported by that provider.
Refunds we may deny
Refunds may be denied for prohibited use, chargeback abuse, violation of server rules, account sharing, fraud signals, or completed service periods.
Refunds are not guaranteed because a third-party Minecraft server rejects automated players, changes its rules, restricts an account, or becomes incompatible with customer usage.
Fees, taxes, exchange differences, and provider limits may affect refund amount and timing.
Subscription cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal according to the checkout provider rules and the subscription state shown in the portal.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period after access has been provided.
How to request review
Open a support request from your account area with the order number, invoice number, payment email, and reason for the request.
We may ask for additional information to prevent fraud or confirm the transaction.
